Screening of Polyclonal & Monoclonal Antibodies

Using immunohistochemical techniques, PhenoPath will screen monoclonal or polyclonal antibodies on human cells and tissues to determine and/or confirm cell or tissue specificity. Screening can be performed on cell lines, frozen tissues, or deparaffinized, formalin fixed tissues, depending on the desired properties of the antibody. Tissue pretreatment (e.g., epitope retrieval), detection systems and amplification methods are selected and customized to maximize sensitivity and specificity. Extensive quality control is performed on all tissues and antibodies.
